Peppa Pig 'My Mummy' Personalised Book by Penwizard | Review & Giveaway! {CLOSED}

Saturday, 9 April 2016

If you're a parent you'll know exactly who I'm talking about if I say the name Peppa. Yep, Peppa Pig. She's somehow made her way into our home, and Indiana is suddenly obsessed. It therefore seemed perfect when Penwizard contacted me and asked me to check out their personalised Peppa Pig books. I was given the choice of either My Mummy, My Daddy or their new release My Granny. I went with My Mummy as for us Indie has a nanny. Even more exciting is that I've even got another to give away to you - keep reading to find out how!

Taken from the Penwizard website:
"We decided to set up Penwizard and take children's books to a whole new level. We're a small team with a real passion for going the extra mile to put a smile on your child's face.

With our high quality and customisable illustrations, you can put your little one at the heart of the story. And for more advanced readers we have age appropriate books with text that can be personalised to include your child in the story.

With our user friendly website, it will take you a matter of minutes to customise one of our amazing titles and create the perfect personalised gift for your child that will be treasured for years and years to come."
I have to say I totally agree with what they say. The website was SO easy to navigate and I managed to design my book in no time. Simply click 'create' and you're away. Enter the details of your child and you (you can even add a sibling a little further on too), customise the look of them and click preview - simple!

The book arrived really quickly, and Indiana was very excited to read it the second it turned up. She instantly recognised that the characters were meant to be mummy, herself and her brother, and loved watching what they got up to in the story. The quality is great (a must around children!), and the story isn't too short either, which I seem to find with other character books.

The personalised books retail at £14.99 each, plus £2.50 for delivery. I do think this is pretty pricey, and I don't think I would order one unless it was for a special occasion. However they are great quality, and the fact that it's personalised throughout (including the hardback cover) is fantastic. Also the look on your child's face as they see themselves playing along with Peppa is priceless, and probably worth the money!

Now the exciting part... you can win your own! Just enter via the Rafflecopter widget below.

I also have a discount code to get 20% off all orders (which includes anything on the website) until the 31st May 2016 - just enter BLOGGER20 at the checkout!

Disclaimer - I received this book free of charge for the purpose of this review. However all opinions are honest and my own
