Birthdays, Christmas Tees & Vlogmas! | #LittleLoves

With Indiana turning three last Saturday, we're now on the countdown to Christmas! We are all so excited this year. It's definitely true what they say that Christmas is so much more special when you have children.

Indie really gets it this year and hasn't stopped speaking about Father Christmas - we've already had to visit him in our local town three times to wave at him (thankfully he's fully visible so we haven't had to pay!).

So here's what I've been loving this week...

I've not had much time for reading this week. I've spent all my spare time editing videos and preparing for Christmas / Vlogmas. I'll do better next week!

We got Indie a scooter for her birthday, so we've been doing lots of practicing this week. She's come along really well in just a week, and is starting to pick up steering already.

With December arriving we of course had to send our letter to Father Christmas! I did have to help a bit, but Indie did the decorating of the card all by herself. We then got our stamp and she proudly popped it in the post box. Such a special moment!

I think I lost count of the amount of times we sang Happy Birthday to Indie last weekend. We took her to Frankie and Bennys for lunch, so of course we had to ask for the celebration song to her. Does anyone else remember having it as a kid? My sister even made them do it for my birthday this year!

The cake for Indiana's birthday turned out perfect, and she was so pleased with it!

Okay, so I didn't make the cake myself. And I didn't make the toppers myself. But so many people thought I did, so I can pretend right?

It's officially the count down to Christmas, so of course I've cracked out the Christmas wardrobes! I absolutely love these tees we got for the littles. They were only £3 from Asda, and I love that they can match. I finally got myself a Christmas jumper too; I don't know why I left it so long to buy one!

And Lastly...

It seems like everyone is at it this year, but we're taking part in Vlogmas. A vlog every day up until Christmas - daily vlogs, present idea hauls, Christmassy days out and activities, and so much more. We'd love for you to come over and join us!

Have a lovely week :)

  1. I love those Christmas t-shirts, what a bargain from Asda, might have to get one for O.
Totally take the credit for the cake and decoration (what they don't know won't hurt them!) xx

  2. The cake looks super yummy (whether you made it or not!) and I love the Christmas t-shirts! There are so many people doing vlogmas this year; I have no idea how I'm going to keep up with them all. Haha! I hope you and the family have a great weekend!

  3. Oh the cake looks amazing! Happy belated birthday Indiana! How adorable is that photo of matching t-shirts!! Amazing and so so cute. Have a wonderful weekend #LittleLove

  4. Love those Christmas tees, I'm going to have to get to ASDA and see if they have any left.I grabbed Parker's PJ's for his Christmas Eve Box from there, such good value. Indie's cake looks delicious, glad you had fun celebrating her birthday. Enjoy your weekend xx

  5. Cuteness overload in those tee's! Totally can pretend you made that because I honestly thought you may have. Love the toppers too :) I hope Indie had a lovely weekend for her birthday and look forward to watching your vlogmas! ox

  6. Ahhh so cute. Love the festive fun and celebrations. Cake is amazing why not pretend it's beautiful! lol Pinterest worthy! I will add you to my vlogmas list. I have been trying it this year myself with a mix of content sharing for the holidays and day in the life videos. Hoping I last until xmas. So nervous as it takes me forever to edit upload and film things these days. Can't wait to see all of yours. #littleloves

  7. Her cake loooooks so amazing and I did think you'd made it yourself but I am totally down with cheating! I love their matching T shirts - Zach only has a Christmas jumper so I feel like I need to get a few more bits! xx

  8. It looks like Indie had a wonderful birthday! That cake is fantastic!
I really need to get my girls some Christmas jumpers - I think a trip to Asda is in order.
    Have a lovely week xx
