Living Arrows // 18/52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
Kahlil Gibran

Every week I'll be sharing a capture of my littles - either individually or together. To capture how they grow and change week by week.

The photo I'm sharing of Parker this week totally sums him up. Just look at that cheeky smile! He clambered onto the dining table, took the apple and started munching away. He knew I was watching him though, so kept looking up at me giggling... but how could I be annoyed at that face?

Noticed those lovely pink nails too? Parker wants everything his big sister does, and who am I to deny him beautiful sparkly nails. He rocks them!

I know exactly where Parker gets his cheekiness from though. His big sister of course! We're back in the full swing of preschool now, so I'm really cherishing those days where she's at home all day. On Monday we were out in the garden (dressed up, of course) picking flowers and feeding snails.

I love how the simplest things can make Indie so happy still, and I really hope she stays this way forever.

Living Arrows

  1. They definitely both have the cheekiest grins - they're wonderful! Max is obsessed with picking dandelions at the moment too - they're the only flowers I let him pick, so he's always keeping an eye out for them! #livingarrows

  2. Oh my goodness they are the best cheekiest smiles! Alice is always looking for dandelions to pick, I find dead ones outside my front door all the time! x #LivingArrows

  3. Awww cute smiles! #livingarrows

  4. Ah both such smiley pictures this week, so cute! #LivingArrows

  5. Gorgeous smiley pictures - they look so alike too! xx

  6. I love how Indie is clasping dandelions - LP loves them! She looks so gloriously happy and Parker really is a cheeky little thing. At least he grabbed an apple and not something incredibly unhealthy ;) x

  7. These are so cute and I LOVE the pink nails :) #livingarrows

  8. Your kids both just have such cheeky smiles! Gabe has started pulling the step over to the worktop in the kitchen and climbing up to help himself to things too - I'm having to be much more careful about where I leave things these days! #LivingArrows
