Living Arrows // 47/52

“You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth”
Kahlil Gibran

Every week I'll be sharing a capture of my littles - either individually or together. To capture how they grow and change week by week.

This week's pictures are from our Sunday morning trip to the deer park. Despite Parker not being very impressed that there wasn't an actual play park (he cried most of the way asking for the swings and slides), we had a lovely visit.

Indie is getting so confident now, and managed to walk across this log with just the help of her 'balancing arms'. Of course the second she gave it a go, Parker wasn't far behind either. He wants to be juuuuust like his big sister!

Living Arrows

  1. Sounds just like my two. They want to do whatever each other are doing. Well done Indie - clever girl. Aren't they looking grown up? #LivingArrows

  2. Lol, number 2 always seems to be more of a risk taker because they wantto be a big boy/girl

  3. Oh this sounds like my life. A park isn't a park unless it has swings and a slide, apparently. The amount of times we have been to a beautiful National Trust property, with so much space to run around and explore, and they complain all day! x

  4. We've only recently reached a point where my children don't complain if the park we go to isn't a play park! They can always make their own fun in the end though can't they, finding logs and things to balance on and jump off! x #LivingArrows

  5. Awesome balancing! Gabe is just the same and has to copy everything Toby does :) #LivingArrows
